I'm Qiana A. Evans, a commissioned Notary Public serving Lake County and the surrounding communities of Northwest Indiana. [After years of working in ___ / seeing how many people struggled to find reliable notary and document support in our community, I decided to build something different.] I founded Seal of Security Notary, LLC to bring that same level of care directly to the people who need it — meeting clients where they are, on their schedule, whether that's their kitchen table, a hospital room, or a title company's closing table.
What started as mobile notary work has grown into something bigger: field inspections for mortgage and property companies, and tax preparation support for individuals and small businesses. At the core of it all is the same commitment — showing up, doing it right, and treating every document and every client with the accuracy and integrity they deserve.

2024 — The Foundation
Our federal Employer Identification Number (EIN) was issued, laying the groundwork for Seal of Security Notary as a formal business entity.
2025 — Officially Established
Seal of Security Notary, LLC was formally organized as a Domestic Limited Liability Company with the Indiana Secretary of State, formalizing our commitment to serving clients as a professional, single-member LLC based in Gary, Indiana.
2026 — Commissioned & Growing
[Qiana A. Evans received her commission as a Notary Public for Lake County, Indiana], expanding services to include mobile notary work, loan signing agent services, and general notarizations across Northwest Indiana.
